Scott Campbell, Iron Man by Humberto Ramos, Red Hulk by Ed McGuiness, Wolverine by John Timms and Daredevil by Paulo Siqueira. Quick trivia: While Spidey is a full time Avenger member belonging to both teams (core Avengers and New Avengers) It wasn’t until 2005 that he received full time membership on the team, right after Avengers Dissembled. Before that he used to be just a reserve member.
